A. No, you have a 30-day satisfaction money back guarantee with your hosting package. After the initial 30 days there will be no refunds or prorated funds to your hosting package.
However, if you are upgrading your hosting package with us, your upgraded package will be at a prorated price for the remaining time left on the original hosting package.
