Q. How do I create email accounts for my new website?

A.
  • First log into the control panel of your hosting package using the username and password that were posted for you in the confirmation email you received when you purchased your hosting package.  



  • Scroll down until you find the Mail section of your control panel 



  • Click on the icon that says Email Accounts 



  • Under Add a new Email Account, type in the name of the email account you are wanting to add, and pick the appropriate domain, sub-domain or add-on domain this email account is to be associated with. Type in the password for this email account, assign the storage quota for this account, and click the Create button.

Below you will see a list of all email accounts you have created. Here you can edit them, access them, and configure them for mail clients like outlook express if you whish.
